Abstract: According to the geological,rock mass structures of a deformation project in Three Gorges Reservoir Area,the authors analyse the formation reasons of deformation,and make stability calculation of typical profile. To improve the sta-bility of whole deformation,it can take measures such as anti-slide pile,rock bolts,lattice protection slope,water intercep-tion project on the top of slope and some comprehensive control measures. It is proved that those measures can eliminate safe hidden troubles of deformation and achieve great control effects.
