Abstract: 炉缸工作状态直接影响煤气流的初始分布、炉前出铁作业、风口寿命、渣铁成分,从而影响高炉各项生产指标.笔者结合八一钢铁南疆拜城有限公司1#高炉开炉并转顺一年生产实践,探讨炉缸边缘堆积的征兆、原因及其措施.认为提高焦炭质量、合理调整原料配比、选择和原燃料相匹配的操作制度等来消除炉缸堆积,达到炉缸均匀活跃的工作状态.八一钢铁南疆拜城有限公司1#高炉炉缸体积305.35 m3,设有24个风口,两个出铁场(南场和北场),3个铁口,9#风口为零度,3#铁口为127.5度,1#铁口为232.5度,2#铁口为307.5度.
