Abstract: This paper analyzes the coupling coordination mechanism between government S&T input and enterprise's technology innovationefficiency.And it uses the statistical data of Beijing from 2005 to 2014 to calculate the comprehensive level of government S&T input and enterprise's technology innovationefficiency of Beijing by the synthetical index method and stochastic frontier analysis.Then it constructs a coupling coordination degree model to measure and evaluate the coupling coordination degree between them.The results show as follows:the comprehensive level of government S&T input takes on a increasing trend,and enterprise's technology innovation efficiency develops by a N-shaped trend;the coupling coordination degree appears a rising trend with the fluctuation,the lowest trough happened in 2009,and highly coordinated development stage emerged since 2013.
