Abstract: Objective To explore the establishment on educational training system for caregiver in medical support binding models for patients with cerebrovascular disease. Method Establish an educational training system by pre-job training, practical training, continuing education training and regular assessment. Result The preliminary system on training and management for caregiver have formed, the qualiifcation building of caregiver have been completed basically, and the professional skill and professional quality have been increased greatly. Conclusion The system of educational training for caregiver is adaptive in medical treatment which combined with pension institution, and it is worth to further improve and promote.
