Abstract: Horizontal violence is widespread in nursing workforce, which has become a major problem of the nursing profession and society.Horizontal violence causes adverse impact on nurses' mental and physical health, and even reduces the quality of nursing care and the development of nursing profession.Nursing managers should take effective measures toreduce horizontal violence and improve nursingcare quality.
