Abstract: 包装印刷废水主要包括油墨废水、浆胶废水、冲刷冲板水、显影废水等,其特点是有机物浓度高,色度深,水质水量变化大,水量较小,可生化性差,难处理等.针对这些特点提出综合处理,“酸析-混凝-生物接触氧化”和“酸析-调节pH值-生物接触氧化”两种不同工艺,并进行比较.结果表明,酸析-混凝和酸析-pH调节两种处理工艺预处理后的废水的可生化性能提高,并且对COD、色度和浊度都有较好的去除效果,有利于用生物法对包装印刷综合废水进行后继处理,其中酸析-调节pH值-生物接触氧化工艺效果较好且处理成本低.
