Abstract: Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of entecavir dispersible tablets in the treatment of hepatitis B cases combined with tumor.Methods:46 cases with chronic hepatitis B and tumor at the same time were selected from July 2011 to June2013.We used the entecavir dispersible tablets as the hepatitis B therapy drugs,to observe the effect of antiviral treatment.Results:The HBV-DNA and liver function index of the cases who had dntecavir dispersible tablets treatment had obvious change.Conclusion:The entecavir dispersible tablets has important application value in the treatment of hepatitis B patients with tumors.So it is worthy of further research and extension.
