Abstract: Based on the transformation to the electronic controlled diesel engine, a simulation model of the fuel injection sys-tem was established through the AMESim software, and was verified by experimental data. Bedsides, five groups of optimized structural parameter combinations were worked out. In order to further optimize the combinations, a whole-engine model was es-tablished through the AVL-BOOST software. Based on simulation analysis, the best structural parameter combinations respectively under the best situation of fuel consumption and emission were worked out and verified, which has certain guidance and reference values.
