Modification of Carbon Nanotubes and its Application in Leather Fatliquoring

Abstract: 碳纳米管(CNTs)是一种新型的纳米材料,具有特殊的结构和优异的电学、热学和力学性能.本文采用浓硫酸与浓硝酸的混合酸对CNTs进行改性,通过正交实验考察了浓硫酸与浓硝酸的体积比、反应温度和反应时间对改性效果的影响.结果表明,y(浓硫酸):y(浓硝酸)=3:1时,在90℃下反应2h,改性CNTs的羧基含量最高,达到1.96 mmol/g改性CNTs.用激光粒度分析仪、红外光谱仪分析了CNTs改性前后的粒径和结构变化.将优化条件下制备的改性CNTs应用在皮革的加脂工序中,测定了加脂革样的抗张强度和撕裂强度,结果表明,改性CNTs的用量为0.1%时(相对于加脂剂的质量),加脂革样的抗张强度和撕裂强度提高最多.
