Abstract: In recent years,student apartments have become a focus for the society,families and universities due to a huge increase in student numbers as a result of fast development of higher education in China. To improve their public image and satisfy students ’ requirements for better accommodation,universities have paid more and more attention to the construction of standardized student apartments. Such a job is not only an important part of infrastructure construction of a university,but also a mirror of the standardization of its management systems and the promotion of its awareness as a service provider. However,the idea of education through management should also be integrated into the construction of such a type of student apartments.
