Factors influencing in situ gel base for oral mucosa administration

Abstract: 目的 通过考察处方中各成分对口腔黏膜的温度敏感型原位凝胶基质的相变温度的影响优化处方.方法 以泊洛沙姆P407、泊洛沙姆P188、聚乙二醇6000和卡波姆为考察因素,以胶凝温度为考察指标,考察处方组成对相变温度的影响,确定优化处方.结果 相变温度随泊洛沙姆P407、P188的质量浓度的升高而下降,PEG6000与泊洛沙姆相反,呈正相关趋势.在特定的质量浓度区间卡波姆同样有明显调节作用.结论 泊洛沙姆P407、泊洛沙姆P188、聚乙二醇6000和卡波姆的浓度对口腔黏膜原位凝胶的相变因素有影响,通过控制其含量,可以制得适宜口腔环境的原位凝胶制剂.
