Abstract: Objective To investigate the satisfaction rate and demand of intern students , residents and postgraduates as well as the mobile medical staff for the establishment of the first -class multidisciplinary compre-hensive simulation system of the navy .Methods 102 intern students, 53 residents and postgraduates and 53 med-ical staff who had carried out military missions were investigated by self -made questionnaire survey and the results were analyzed.Results The overall satisfaction rate was not high and 100% of respondents believed the need for clinical skills training was urgent.Conclusion It is very necessary to establish an advanced multi -disciplinary comprehensive clinical skills training simulation system , especially the residents clinical training .And special at-tention must be paid to the training of military health service so as to provide powerful support for the real service .
