Abstract: Objective To understand the epidemic trends and pathogenic changing characteristics of avian flu H5,H7,H9 subtypes, and to discuss the scientific prevention and control measures,so as to provide basis for preventing and reducing bird flu epidemic. Methods 899 specimens from live poultry farms and market environment were detected using the real- time fluorescent quantitative PCR method, and descriptive epidemiological method was used for analysis. Results 331 cases of positive avian influenza virus A nucleic acid were detected. In the past six year, the number of positive virus was 0,6,27,50,99,149 respectively, showing an overall upward trend; the pathogen was given priority to H9 subtype in 217 cases, accounting for81. 58%; 19 cases were H5 subtype, accounting for 7. 14%,2 cases were H7 subtypes, accounting for 0. 75%,28 cases were H5 and H9 combined subtype, accounting for 10. 53%,65 cases were not typed; in 2011,the popular time concentrated in the fourth quarter,in 2012 and 2015,the popular height concentrated in the first quarter, the popular height mainly concentrated in the third quarter in 2013 and 2014; in the samples, the washing poultry waste water had the highest detection rate; the market positive rate was higher than the farm, with the difference statistically significant( χ2= 59. 05,P < 0. 01). Conclusion The detection rate of avian influenza virus is on the rise in Hezhou, but the pathogen is still given priority to H9 subtype with low pathogenicity; in recent years,H5 subtype proportion has been increasing sharply, and the occurring type and season have obvious differences, with the compositions of virus tending to be complicate.
