Abstract: More and more totally laparoscopic total gastrectomy has been reported. The digestive tract reconstruction after total gastrectomy, especially esophagojejunostomy faces many difficulties. Regarding how to safely reconstruct the digestive tract,surgeons in and abroad have made a lot of exploration,and created a variety of reconstruction methods.
