Abstract: 揭示了抽油机井油管在交变载荷作用下,油管接头尾部第一啮合齿的齿根处的应力应变行为.在涉及油管及油管柱诸方面均符合API规范要求,并在正常工作情况下,该处发生屈服,处于弹塑性状态.在循环加载-卸载时,参加应变循环的主要为弹性应变,塑性应变幅趋近于零.相应的疲劳实验结果表明,油管的运行周次可达107以上,没有观察到萌生裂纹,可以认为具有无限寿命,这与其应力应变行为是相符合的.
