Abstract: One 2.0L turbo engine cannot meet the standards during the thermal balance test.When the water temperature be-comes stable, it is higher than the designed standard,which causes the air conditioner cannot be opened.After analysis and dis-cussion,unreasonable flow distribution and insufficient vehicle radiator performance are the main causes.Optimization is carried out and the vehicle thermal test has passed.
