Abstract: 目的探讨重组人脑利钠肽对阿霉素所致小鼠急性心肌损伤时氧化应激水平和炎症因子表达的影响。方法将50只昆明小鼠随机分为正常对照组(10只)、阿霉素组(20只)和rhBNP治疗组(20只)。正常对照组不做任何处理;阿霉素组单次腹腔注射阿霉素15mg/kg;rhBNP治疗组单次腹腔注射阿霉素15mg/kg,每间隔12h给予新活素注射液50μg/kg。观察48h后小鼠心肌组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)mRNA表达,以及肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、血清SOD、丙二醛(MDA)和IL-6水平变化。结果阿霉素处理后小鼠产生急性心肌损伤表现,心肌酶学指标(CK-MB、LDH)升高(P<0.05)。与阿霉素组相比,rhBNP治疗组的肌酶学指标(CK-MB、LDH)降低,心肌组织中SODmRNA表达升高,IL-6mRNA表达降低,血清SOD活性升高,MDA含量降低,IL-6水平降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 rhBNP注射液能够通过提高抗氧化酶活性,降低脂质过氧化,减轻炎症因子,从而减轻阿霉素所致的小鼠急性心肌损伤。
