Abstract: 采用熔盐电解法,在CaCl2-NaCl混合熔盐中电解还原钛铁矿,制备出了多孔、粒径在10μm左右的Ti-Fe合金,探讨了CaO加入量对电解还原钛铁矿的影响.结果表明,熔盐中添加摩尔分数0~1.0%的CaO促进钛铁矿还原并生成,加快了电解过程;当CaO浓度增加到1.5%后,抑制了CaTiO3的还原.
