Abstract: 对某难处理金矿热压氧化渣进行炭浸氰化试验,考察pH、调浆时间、底炭浓度、氰化钠初始浓度、浸出时间对金浸出率的影响.结果表明,在下述最佳条件下,氰化钠的消耗仅为0.27~0.29 kg/t,金浸出率为95.34%:底炭浓度60 kg/t、氧化钙用量35 kg/t、氰化钠初始浓度1.5 kg/t、调浆时间2h、室温浸出2~4 h.难处理金矿经过热压氧化预处理后炭浸法提金,具有浸出反应动力学快,浸出率高,氰化钠消耗低的特点.
