Abstract: Objective:To observe the effect of midazolam,fentanyl assisted epidural anesthesia.Methods:68 patients with epidural anesthesia operation were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 34 cases in each.The observation group was given midazolam combined with fentanyl for anesthesia.The control group was given intravenous innovar for anesthesia.The anesthesia effects of two groups were compared.Results:The sedation effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Midazolam combined with fentanyl has a better sedative effect.It can achieve better anesthetic effect.
