Abstract: Objective:To analyze the effect of clinical intervention of milrinone lactate in the treatment of aged patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods:All patients were given routine treatment.The control group was given intravenous injection of cedilanid,while the study group was given intravenous infusion of milrinone injection.The clinical effect and related indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 89.87% which was higher than 73.42% of the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate,left ventricular ejection fraction and BNP level were significantly increased in the two groups after treatment,and the improvement rate of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of milrinone lactate in the treatment of aged patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure is significant.It can better improve the patients’ heart function index,and the security is good.
