Abstract: [Purpose/significance] The paper is to discuss library’s MOOC-based differentiated service mechanism to meet user personalized needs, to provide reference for library’s carrying out MOOC service in China. [Method/process]The paper analyses the necessity of library’s providing demassification support service, and uses demassification theory of communication to discuss service modes basing on MOOC courses and personalized needs of users.[Result/conclusion] The paper gives some measures of providing demassification support service in aspects of course construction, learning support, information literacy training and site service.
