Abstract: Objective To investigate the lymphoma pathology, treatment methods and treatment effect of double-hit lymphomas.Methods From January 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital, three cases of double-hit lymphomas patients were received as the objects, and detected the patients’ blood, blood biochemistry, urine, tumor markers, chest CT, gastroscopy and examination of bone marrow tissue immunity. All the patients, were treated with DA-EPOCH-R therapy.Results The follow-up chest CT examination showed that patients’ low-density lesions of the right lobe of the liver was significantly reduced, gastrointestinal site abnormal density shadow significantly reduce, retroperitoneal lymph nodes reduced significantly. The patients recovered well. Conclusion The symptoms of double-hit lymphomas are more obvious, and DA-EPOCH-R therapy is an effective mannerin the treatment.
