Abstract: Objective:To investigate the effect of continuous renal replacement therapy and intermittent hemodialysis in the treatment of severe acute renal failure.Methods:50 patients with severe acute renal failure were selected. They were randomly divided into the continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)treatment group and the intermittent hemodialysis(IHD)group. The efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results:After 1 year of continuous treatment, the Scr,BUN significantly decreased,Ccr was significantly increased in the CRRT group, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the IHD group(P<0.05).The survival rate of the CRRT group was higher than that of the IHD group, and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of continuous renal replacement therapy is better than that of intermittent hemodialysis. It is an important method for the treatment of severe acute renal failure.
