Abstract: Objective:To observe the effect of intravenous anesthesia on the skin dynorphin and kappa receptors expression of the patients with breast cancer radical operation.Methods:60 patients with breast cancer radical operation were selected. They were randomly divided into A group and B group. A group was given fentanyl and propofol intravenous injection.B group was given ketamine and propofol intravenous injection. The skin dynorphin and kappa receptors expression were determined before and after operation. Results:The skin dynorphin and kappa receptors expression after operation in two groups were significantly higher than those before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Skin dynorphin and kappa receptors expression increase is connected with surgical stimulation, and the effect of intravenous anesthesia on dynorphin and kappa receptors expression increase is not obvious.
