Abstract: This paper discusses the necessity of environmental monitoring in the natures of environment monitoring work and monitoring objects,expounds how to establish the supervision system of environment monitoring on the basis of environment monitoring specific certification system and environment monitoring quality assurance and quality control system. From the two aspects of internal supervision and external supervision and analyses how to carry out the supervision of environment monitoring work.
