Abstract: Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics of neonatus measles, and to provide a reference to clinic for diagnosis and treatment. Methods Total of 10 cases with neonatus measles from June 2009 to June 2015 of pediatrics in our hospital were collected, and the clinical data were described and analyzed. Results Compared with the older children, neonatal measles’s latency and duration of fever were shorter, and their clinical manifestations and complications were more slightly, and the efifcacy was better. Conclusions In recent years, most of the measles patients were infants under 8 months and adults. Due to the immune mechanism of measles, the disease status of neonatal measles is milder than the older children’s. And the measles vaccine immunization strategy to protect pregnant women and infants from suffering measles should be optimized.
