Glucocorticoid with Terbutaline Therapy Curative Effect Observation of A-cute Aggravating Period of Copd

Abstract: Objective To analyze joint glucocorticoid terbutaline in the treatment of copd in acute aggravating period of ef-ficacy, and its curative effect observation of patients, to explore its clinical value. Methods Convenient selection Heping Hospital,Changzhi Medical Colleye in March 2014 to July 2015, our hospital 84 cases of copd patients with acute aggravat-ing period, and randomly divided into two groups, control group treated with terbutaline, on the basis of the observation group was treated in the control group, add in sugar cortical hormone. To observe changes of pulmonary function before and after the two groups of patients. Results Two groups of patients after treatment, the partial pressure were significantly de-creased, oxygen partial pressure were significantly increased. Observation group of patients with lung function (total effective rate 97.61%) is significantly higher than control group (total effective rate 88.09%), statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Glucocorticoid combined terbutaline in the treatment of copd in acute aggravating period of efficacy is obvious.
