Abstract: 近年来,我国高校发展迅速,外聘职工也越来越多,在高校职工中占有相当大的比例,但是目前对高校外聘职工的职业规划十分欠缺.通过对成都纺织高等专科学校外聘职工的职业规划现状分析,分析高校外聘职工职业规划的特点,并提出对外聘职工进行职业规划的重要意义.对外聘员工的具体职业规划,从明确职业定位、发掘职业规划内驱力、提升职工职业素质能力、增加职工的自我认识这四方面进行.最后对高校外聘职工职业规划和发展提出相关建议.
