Abstract: Aiming at the difficulties of shield arrival acceptance,such as deep occurrence,high water level,narrow place,and so on,shield receive auxiliary measures were adopted. Based on the comparison of shield regular receiving,shield receiving in the soil,and steel sleeve receiving scheme,steel sleeve receiving scheme was selected from the aspects of applicability,security,constructional difficulties,construction period and economical efficiency. Steel sleeve was designed from the aspects of barrel,reaction frame,portal connection,and so on. Steel sleeve receiving technology for shield construction was expounded,which mainly included strengthening methods and scope,design of the portal chisel process,steel sleeve parts installation technical analysis,advancing in stages for shield entry engineering. Hoping to provide reference for the other similar projects,in the aspect of shield arrival and risk management.
