Abstract: 排汽压力的高低直接关系到整个机组的热经济性.基于ε-NTU法,深度挖掘厂家提供的数据,建立了直接空冷机组排汽压力的计算模型,得到了某国产300MW直接空冷凝汽器变工况特性,所得结果与厂家提供的数据吻合较好,能够满足工程需要.分析了迎面风速、环境温度以及排汽流量对排汽压力的影响,计算了空冷凝汽器不同环境温度下排汽流量、环境温度、迎面风速对排汽压力的影响权重.结果表明:环境温度愈高,各因素的影响权重(绝对值)越大.在35℃的高温环境下,排汽流量每增加1kg/s,排汽压力将升高0.24kPa;环境温度每增加1℃,排汽压力将升高1.2kPa;迎面风速每增加0.1m/s,排汽压力将降低1.6kPa.
