The Research for Accelerated Aging Test of CCF300 CFRP

Abstract: The aging phenomenon of CFRP has been more and more serious along w ith the increasing dosage for aircraft. A experiment test on accelerated aging and statics of CCF300 carbon fiber composite material w as processed for aging resistance and mechanical property analysis of unidirectional CFRP w ith different fiber orientations,w hich temperature,moisture and ultraviolet w orked circularly. Several conclusions has come out at last that the aging phenomenon of single- layer board is the most serious w hen the fiber orientations is 0°. And w hen the fiber orientations is 45°,the problem is more serious than 90°. While aging does little w ork on tensile strength w hen the fiber orientations is 0°,and the maximal reduction exists w hen the orientations is 90°.
