Determination of Ferullic Acid in Duliang Pills by HPLC

Abstract: Objective To establish HPLC for determining the content of ferullic acid in Duliang Pills.Method An HPLC method was developed.The chromatographic conditions were as follow:Diamonsil C18 column and methanol-0. 1%phosphoric acid (65∶35)as mobile phase,The column temperature was 25℃,detection wavelength at 321nm.Result The recovery range of ferullic acid was 0. 0144~0. 288μg,r=0. 9997.The average recovery rate was 98. 3%and RSD was 1. 02%.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate, with good repeatability,and can be used for determination of ferullic acid in Duliang Pills.
