Abstract: 为解决腾庆选煤厂密度控制系统稳定性与抗干扰性差的问题,在原PI控制系统中引入微分控制,以增加系统的稳定性;引入积分分离法和抗积分饱和法,防止系统产生较大的超调和长时间的波动以及执行机构溢出;对微分项进行不完全微分改进,以提高系统的抗干扰性;在系统中引入死区控制,以避免系统频繁波动.经过技术改进后的控制系统调节速度快,稳定性强,控制精高,满足了现场生产需求.
