Abstract: 以硝酸铝和碳酸铵为原料,利用超声波与沉淀相结合的方法,制得了平均粒径为(12±2)nm的氧化铝超细粉末.反应生成的沉淀经XRD、TG和DTA实验分析知其化学组成为NH4Al(OH)2CO3,该沉淀在475K开始分解为氧化铝,在1273K几乎完全转化为θ-Al2O3.
