Abstract: 尿潴留是宫颈癌手术后常见并发症,属中医“癃闭”范畴,其发病责于膀胱气化失司,又与脾的转输、肾的开阖、肝的疏泄等功能密切相关,黎月恒教授采用补肾利水之法方药配合针灸,标本兼顾治疗宫颈癌术后顽固性尿潴留效果显著.
