Abstract: Collected the soil test data of Wannian county and droped it on the map to verify the accuracy of the spatial loca-tion and made sure that the data was reliable , and processed the second soil survey data of Wannian county and extract the soil types and other related information, then checked on the spot.On this basis and for the demands of integrated information service system of soil testing and formulated fertilization, built soil type database, soil nutrient database, terrain slope database, rice nu-trient information database, utilization rate of fertilizer information database, and established the entity relationship ( E-R) model, and divided fertilization units by comprehensive related information and production capacity , in order to build the basic da-tabase based on the fertilization units, get the fertilizer application rate and fertilization scheme according to those related fertiliza-tion models to recommend rice fertilization formula of each fertilizer unit in Wannian county .
