Abstract: Recently,China’s large international engineering contractors begin to use shareholding pattern to explore the European and American markets with the means of gaining the market with financing. The paper analyzes the key point of shareholding pattern of large international engineering contractor,proposes the investment strategy model of international engineering contractors under competitive conditions and computes the investment critical point to provide reference for financing determination for the large international engineering contractor. On the basis,builds the income distribution model of shareholding pattern,determines the distribution ratio of self-benefit of participating parties by carrying analysis towards the game problem under non-complete information,provides reference for the development and innovation of shareholding pattern in construction market.
