Vibration signal analysis of gear local fault based on laser self-mixing sensor

Abstract: Partial false frequency modulation phenomenon of gear-ring model is established.The failure gear meshing frequency and the frequency doubling mechanism of two-side band are analysed,the formula for calculation of partial false signature of gear-ring is given,the gear-ring frequency cepstrum analysis model is established.By using laser self-mixing sensors,vibration signal waveform from the radial and axial gearbox is collected.Under two different output rotational frequency of 1Hz and 2Hz in the gearbox,vibration signal characteristics of the false and fault-free gear box are studied respectively.Theoretical deduction results are verified by experiment and research.
