Abstract: The development cost estimation of airborne electronic equipment is a big challenge in aircraft cost prediction. The statistics method based on static effectiveness synthesizes the characteristic parameters into one static effectiveness index, along with equipment weight and reliability indexes to count and analyze. But in the actual application, the method frequently used is not comprehensive, and can be influenced by subjectivity; moreover, the electronic equipment’s effectiveness index and weight shows a strong correlation, so they can’t be used as estimate parameters simultaneously. Therefore, based on the presentation of synthesized capability evaluation method to replace the effectiveness assessment method, the Airborne Radar Development Cost Parameters Estimation Model is established on the base of“effectiveness/weight ratio”;the usability is verified through calculation example.
