Abstract: 《四圣心源》是一部清代著名医家黄元御所著的综合性医著,其治疗淋沥的学术思想具有独到之处.淋沥与前列腺增生症之间具有一定的联系,黄氏认为“太阴之湿”是其发生的根源,“土陷木遏”是其发病的主要病机,“燥土疏木”为其基本治则,并拟定基础方“桂枝苓泽汤”治疗本病,对指导男科临床具有重要意义.
