Abstract: Objective To analyze, pentazocine on general anesthesia after tracheal extubation cardiovascular responses dur-ing impact, for clinical provides reference for the study of spray. Methods As the object of study of 60 patients undergoing general anesthesia were randomly chosen and 60 cases of the patients were treated in our hospital, were in September to December 2015 observed patients in operative time, bleeding, blood analysis results and postoperative extubation time, post-operative recovery time and the incidence of postoperative agitation. Results After the experimental group general anesthe-sia of mean arterial pressure, heart rate, heart rate and systolic pressure product, arterial oxygen saturation and before anes-thesia, no significant difference (P> 0.05), the control group after general anesthesia of mean arterial pressure, heart rate, heart rate and systolic pressure product, arterial oxygen saturation and Ma drunk before compared with significant difference (P ﹤ 0.05);The incidence of agitation in the experimental group was 3.33%, and the incidence rate was 20% in the control group. (P﹤0.05), and the difference is statistically significant. There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P > 0.05). Conclusion Spray pentazocine can effectively reduce the surgery under general anesthesia after confining pull tube of cardiovascular response.
