The Clinical Study about Decitabine & Small Doses of Cytarabine's Treatment Effect on the Geriatric Patients with Senile Acute Myeloid Leukemia

Abstract: Objective In elderly acute myeloid leukemia (AML) in elderly patients with senile using low-dose cytarabine and his west marina treatment, observe its clinical therapeutic effect. Methods During 2015 to 2016, in 80 elderly AML pa-tients treated in our hospital as the object, all through the retrospective analysis the clinical data of AML elderly patients, carried out in accordance with the treatment of the differences between groups, will simply accept cytarabine for treatment of 40 cases of AML elderly patients assigned to the control group, will accept the low-dose cytarabine coalition to west ma-rina he treated another 40 cases of AML elderly patients assigned to the experimental group, compared two groups of cura-tive effect. Results The total effective rate was 85.75%, control group total effective rate was 78.88%, the experimental group AML treatment of elderly patients with total efficiency. Conclusion Using low-dose Cytarabine&Decitabine on the treatment of elderly AML patients have distinct effect in the clinical curative, and it's worthy of popularization and applica-tion in clinical.
