On the Building of Harmonious Teaching Teamsfor Higher Education in the“New Normal”

Abstract: The“new normal”of China’s higher education focuses on the intensive development with the core of improving the quality of higher education.From the concept of people oriented harmonious development, this arti?cle explores the connotation and characteristics of the teaching teams of colleges and universities, and describes the status of teaching organization format on the basis of the theory of team-building, the efficiency and cohesion of a team, collaboration theory and the theory of teacher professional development. Combined with the practice of teaching team building of a certain college, the research points out the necessity of dealing with five relations in the building of harmonious teaching teamsfor higher education properly in the“new normal”.
