Abstract: 风景名胜区源于古代名山大川,是中国国土资源的精华,是集体记忆的重要载体.风景名胜区的重要使命之一是构建和唤起集体记忆,形成文化自觉,增强文化自信,而这有赖于风景名胜资源“软”开发的进行.风景资源“软”开发的基础是资源调查和价值判识,途径是基于价值认知的资源利用活动,在多种价值的交叉感悟及多样化的资源利用活动下,能激发爱国情怀,从而增加文化自信.分析了风景资源“软”开发存在的问题,对美国国家公园经验进行了介绍,并提出了对风景资源“软”的建议.
