Determination of 17 Kinds of Phthalates in Milk Powder by GC-MS

METHODS Phthalates in milk powder was extracted with n-hexane and was detected by GC-MS and internal standard method. RESULTS DINP detectable concentration was 500 ng / m L. The remaining 16 compounds detection concentration can be set at 5 ng / m L. All components of the calibration curve correlation coefficient were greater than 0. 998,and the average recovery rate was 96. 8%-117. 7%. Repeatability RSD was less than 10%. CONCLUSION The method is simple and fast,the recovery of the method is better. The method is applicable to the testing requirements of phthalates in milk powder.
