Abstract:
以某药厂实际生产过程中采集的中药药渣废弃物样品为研究对象,通过实验分析的方法,结合自有成熟的水煤浆流化悬浮燃烧技术,分析中药药渣拌水煤浆混合燃烧处理工艺的可行性.研究结果表明:中药药渣为高水分、高可燃挥发分、低热值、低灰熔点的固体废弃物.拌水煤浆流化悬浮混合燃烧处理工艺可使中药药渣在进行无害化处理的同时进一步利用其中潜在的能量.低温燃烧可有效避免结焦和热力型NOx产生,可有效控制SO2的排放,具有处理量大、处理中药药渣的种类范围广、能量合理回收利用等优点.
