Abstract: The children obesity rate as an international issue has attracted increasing attention by the general public. Based on the characteristics and rules of physical and mental development of children, this essay aims to make more people know the principle of exercise for weight loss, applying this theory into practice, preventing and meddling with childhood simple obesity effectively. The essay below probes into the relation factors of obese children in detail, such as the negative aspect, diagnostic methods, performance characteristics, induced factors and principle and method.
