Abstract: With data about outstanding employer brand enterprises of China and past research on views of talent,this paper analyzes the present development of talent view in Chinese enterprises and points out that peopleˊs views of talent differ and no unified view exists. Selecting,cultivating,motivating and retaining talents become the most important part in Chinese enter-prises.
