Abstract: With the development of photovoltaic generation’s energy utilization patterns,the management model of PV power plant is changing from one single station to cities,provinces and even cross-border.Theses stations have been distributed in the form of regionalization; the traditional PV plant monitor system has been unable to meet the need of the centralized operator operations management.A kind of regional distribution operations management system of PV power plant was studied,such as its architecture,networking,data monitoring model based on GIS services,the setup of operation and maintenance decision-making method based on expert system.The effect of the system and its application prospect were summarized.
